Never-Ending Ticket

Virgin Trains wanted to do something to thank their loyal Twitter followers, who are already using their service to connect with friends and family across the country.

So, we created a ticket that had the power to connect a never-ending amount of people, for free! The catch? This ticket was only valid if the Twitter community worked together to keep it moving around the country.


We created a playbook full of assets for Virgin Trains' social team to update and share over the course of the campaign, helping to maintain engagement.

And guess what... 

Richard Branson heard about the campaign and liked it so much he made the time to do a short piece to camera. He also tweeted about it on his personal social channels.
